International projects and partnerships have a valuable impact on DC’s internationalization efforts by building our institutional capacity to provide employees with international experiences while delivering quality programming through diverse and innovative collaborations. There are a variety of ways an interested faculty or staff could get involved including support on DC’s campus travelling to our partner institutions abroad, Durham College International is always on the look-out to recruit staff and faculty interested in getting involved with our international projects.
DCI takes care of all travel logistics; including airfare, accommodations and daily living expenses, provides pre-departure manuals and DC-focused training modules to support interested faculty and staff in developing a customizable training plan for a variety of international clients and partners in areas such as:
- Competency Based Teaching and Learning
- Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Institutional Leadership and Change Management
- Industry Engagement and Program Advisory Committees
