Information

Apprentices are subjected to a $100 admin fee if withdrawing before the first day of classes. Apprentices who withdraw after the first day of classes will not be issued a refund.

If for any reason you wish to withdraw, you must officially notify the college in writing by completing and submitting an Official Withdrawal form to central@durhamcollege.ca. The official date of withdrawal will be noted as the date the withdrawal form is received.

Please note:

  • Failure to attend classes and/or non-payment of fees does not constitute an official withdrawal.
  • Apprentices who have not officially withdrawn from the college will be required to pay fees for that semester and will be recorded as having failed the program.

How you will receive your refund

Apprenticeship refunds are issued by cheque and mailed to the address indicated on the withdrawal form.
