See the FLCA proposal template. *The FLCA Proposal will be reviewed by the FLCA review committee and you will be provided with feedback within 4 weeks of the submission of your proposal. If you are advised to re-adjust the content, please submit the re-adjusted FLCA proposal as soon as possible. WHAT’S NEXT FOR FACULTY? Once the FLCA is approved, you can: Complete the Request for Business Travel & Insurance Form with a digital signature, and submit the completed form along with a copy of the information and photo page of a valid passport to educationabroad@durhamcollege.ca Promote the opportunity to your students Conduct interviews to select the students who would like to participate Send the list of student names, together with their DC Mail addresses, to educationabroad@durhamcollege.ca *The list of student names together with their DC Mail addresses is expected to be received within 6 weeks your FLCA proposal being approved. The students on the list will be contacted by the International Education Office for the application process, including the application deadline. *The International Education Office will verify the eligibility of each student applicant after receiving the application from the student. The office will reserve the right to reject the application should the student fail to meet the eligibility criteria. *The Request for Business Travel & Insurance Form is expected to be received within 8 weeks of your FLCA proposal being approved. The form should be named “Form Name - Faculty Full Name” (e.g. Request for Business Travel and Insurance Form - John Smith). As for the copy of your passport, please name it “Copy of Passport - Faculty Full Name”.
