You will learn to communicate at a more advanced level through active class participation. The focus will be on conversational grammar, translations, and Hispanic culture and literature. You will use Spanish about 80% of the time in class.
Tuition includes a $3 non-tax deductible fee. Due to our campus closure as a result of Covid-19, this course will not be taught in class at the Oshawa or Whitby Campus. The instructor will be teaching this course via an online video communications system (Zoom or other). Face-to-face online classes will take place during normally scheduled class time. Assignments and tests will be posted using Durham College’s Desire2Learn based Learning Management System called DC Connect. Students will need a computer with webcam, audio, and a reliable high-speed internet connection to participate.
