How to Apply

Before you begin your application process make sure to review all of the program information, admission requirements and any other additional applicant requirements.  If you meet or will meet the requirements upon graduation you may proceed with applying online through (the Ontario Colleges Application Centre). You can apply up to five program choices with no more than three choices at any given college. A $95 fee must accompany your application.

To be assured equal consideration for your program of choice, your application, and all supporting documents, must be received by no later than February 1 for fall start, October 1 for winter start and February 1 for spring start. After those dates, qualified applicants will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, provided there are program vacancies. The equal consideration deadline is very important for highly competitive programs.  Highly competitive programs receive more applications than there are seats available in a particular program.

Program applications will be accepted until a program is full and a wait-list is established.  Durham College accepts applications for admission up to the 10th day of classes, as long as there are seats available.
