This first of two sales courses focuses on the key concepts and strategies of personal selling to the business to business (B2B) marketplace. Students will learn the fundamentals of relationship selling, how to prospect customers, prepare for sales calls, and make strategic and ethical decisions to develop business.
Course contains mandatory group work.
Students must have access to a video camera or web cam to complete a oral/visual presentation.
