This course is designed to provide students with the basic concepts needed to understand sales and to sell effectively in a Business to Business environment. This course will provide students with a framework to prospect customers, prepare for sales calls and make strategic and ethical decisions to develop business.

Course contains mandatory group work.

Students must have access to a video camera or web cam to complete a oral/visual presentation.
