Students are introduced to Business Facilitation and Communication within the role of Business Analyst (BA). This role involves ongoing communication with stakeholders, member of business and technical teams and acting as the lead in the facilitation and design of requirement gathering sessions. Students apply key concepts in facilitation, negotiations, consensus buy-in, and realize the importance of communication concepts critical to the success of the Business Analyst in the business world. Students also address concepts of conflict resolution and working within challenging team settings. Students engage in active discussions, case studies, presentations and group work.
