Stakeholders can make or break a crisis response and are integral to an organization’s social ability to operate in a community. With the knowledge gained in this course, you will have insight into fundamental principles of creating and maintaining a stakeholder engagement plan, register and contact list. Graduates of this course will also understand how to develop a stakeholder engagement strategy for an organization. Discover how you can integrate stakeholder engagement into crisis communications plan requirements and training plans to increase preparedness and community outreach.

  • This course is delivered virtually through an interactive online platform in conjunction with Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). You require access to a computer with high-speed internet, camera, and headset for the duration of each class.
