Protect some of the most vulnerable components of your business: computer networks. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to practice secure communications and network protocols and engineer secure encrypted traffic.

Networks are the foundation of contemporary business, and their safety is integral to success. Graduates of this course will be able to create secure communication channels over a network, such as email, messaging, phone calls, and document transfers. At the end of this course you will be able to explain the application of network devices and concepts to network security and implement secure encrypted traffic on a network.

  • Enrollment for this course will close 1 day prior to the course start date. No late enrollments will be permitted.
  • Withdrawals are only accepted up to 10 business days prior to the course start date (withdrawal fees will apply). No refunds or withdrawals are permitted after this date
  • This course is delivered virtually through an interactive online platform in conjunction with Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). You require access to a computer with high-speed internet, camera, and headset for the duration of each class.
