Apply theory to practice to support exceptional learners in a variety of settings.

Notes:

• Under the direction of a teacher, demonstrate capability in assisting students with three types of exceptionalities.
• The placement is actually 120 hours long and the "lecture" component is 12 hours = 132 hours.

Field Placement Instructions

Registration for this course will appear as 'closed' on our website. Permission from the placement officer is required to register for these courses. The approval is based on the successful and timely submission of all pre-placement/observation paperwork.

All documentation requirements must be verified as complete to be granted approval to register for this course. You are encouraged to submit the required paperwork as early as possible. Registration approval will be sent only to your DC Mail email account.
