Data Analytics for HR

HR professionals require a wide range of analytical skills to provide sound HR strategic decisions that are aligned to the goals of the organization they support. Students are introduced to the concept and value of Data Analytics in Human Resources focusing on best practices, approaches, and tools for managing and delivering analytics, analyses, and visualizations. Students will develop the ability to interpret, assess, evaluate, and utilize complex data related to staffing, planning, productivity, culture, equity, development, compensation, and wellness. Students will use visualization tools and storytelling to communicate their assessments and recommendations to business stakeholders.
