Leadership in Contemporary Workplaces

This course provides students with the opportunity to analyze the diverse workforce and consider the role of leadership in building inclusive workplaces in a globalized world. Various models of leadership will be examined with a focus on inclusive practices that build effective work environments. Students will explore the challenges in creating inclusion and reflect on their own values and beliefs relative to inclusive leadership practices.
