Learn to empower teams and create a positive working environment. This is the final course in the Fundamentals of Leadership (FLP) program.

Successful leaders facilitate and enable staff to perform effectively. In this course, participants learn how to empower teams and create a positive working environment. You'll have the opportunity to coach peers and provide tailored feedback, as well as receive ongoing feedback throughout the course. Building environments where collaboration, transparency and feedback are a natural state is a major focus of this course.

  • Notes:

    You must take the first two courses in this program before taking this course. This three-part program leads to an Algonquin College Certificate in Fundamentals of Leadership

  • Enrollment for this course will close 1 week prior to the course start date. No late enrollments will be permitted.
  • This course is delivered virtually through an interactive online platform in conjunction with Algonquin College. You require access to a computer with high-speed internet and camera for the duration of each class. By enrolling in this course, you consent to the sharing of your personal information with Algonquin College for registration purposes.
  • Withdrawals are only accepted up to 5 business days prior to the course start date (withdrawal fees will apply). No refunds or withdrawals are permitted after this date.
