  • This two-day course will give participants an intermediate understanding of Agile project management processes and the knowledge and skills that are required to be successful in the field.

    You will benefit from exercises and case studies that will allow you to apply what you are learning in class, as well as a skilled facilitator who brings years of project management experience to the course.

  • Managers or team members with traditional project experience seeking to understand Agile best practices
  • Those with Agile experience who wish to formalize their approach to projects based on industry best practices

  • Enrollment for this course will close 1 week prior to the course start date. No late enrollments will be permitted.
  • This course is delivered virtually through an interactive online platform in conjunction with Algonquin College. You require access to a computer with high-speed internet and camera for the duration of each class.   • Withdrawals are only accepted up to 5 business days prior to the course start date (withdrawal fees will apply). No refunds or withdrawals are permitted after this date.
