When looking for the ideal product or service, every customer wants to know: “WIIFM?” (What’s In It For Me?). By applying a customer-focused lens to analyze client needs and deconstruct value propositions, you will be able to build client engagement and agreement and ultimately a viable sales solution. The Developing Client-focused Solutions micro-credential program will provide you with the tools and techniques to solve problems, meet client needs, and present client-focused sales solutions.

  • This micro-credential is part of the “Sales for Small Businesses” stacked micro-credential. By successfully competing all four micro-credentials you can apply to receive the “Sales for Small Businesses” stacked micro-credential.

    MICRO-CREDENTIAL FEATURES:

  • Can be completed in 7 weeks or less

    MICRO-CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) including Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 11 Math (C, M or U) OR;
  • Grade 12 equivalency certificate achieved through College academic upgrading OR;
  • Mature Student Status (19 years of age or older) with Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 11 Math (C, M or U)

    PROGRAM COMPETENCIES:

    Upon completion of this Micro-credential, students will be equipped to:

  • Create a client-focused sales solution.
