Leading Organizational Resiliency

Rebound and prosper after a crisis disrupts your business. As increasing levels of local, municipal and global business disruptions and disaster events occur, organizational resilience and business continuity management (BCM) have become essential to leaders across the globe. With the knowledge gained in this course, you will appreciate the ins and outs of organizational resilience and you will have tools and framework to implement or increase resiliency within your organization through effective BCM. Delve into the foundations of resilience: response, recovery and contingency.
