"This course introduces students to the professional, ethical and legal issues facing workers in the social service field. A process for ethical decision-making will be explored and this process will be applied to a wide variety of complex professional dilemmas. Special attention will be paid to core competences outlined by the Ontario College of Social Worker and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)."
