The Financial Management in Community and Social Services micro-credential provides students with knowledge of financial management activities relevant to the community and social service sector to support decision-making and sustainable planning. Examination of best practices in fiscal reporting requirements and financial statement management, specifically addressing community service organizations is emphasized. Students will engage in business plan development and budgeting with a focus on responsible diversification.
