Observing and recording skills will assist with understanding children’s needs and interests which will impact pedagogy and curriculum as well as child guidance strategies. Students will deepen their understanding of child development and behaviours by translating theoretical knowledge into concrete actions and decisions for children in the early learning and care environment.
