In this course, students will apply and consolidate their Supply Chain and Operations Management knowledge and skills by acting as the management team for a fictitious company. Using a computerized simulation game, students will work in teams to develop strategic objectives for their company, and then make integrated decisions over time that will achieve those objectives. This course will require students to focus on coordinated decision-making, problem-solving, and team dynamics in order to achieve overall business profitability, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
This course is scheduled for the Spring/Summer 2026 term and will be offered next in Spring/Summer 2027. Please plan your course load accordingly to avoid any gaps in your program completion.
