Interviewing and Counselling Skills I

You will be provided with an introduction to the basic theory and skills necessary for effective interviewing and counselling. A micro-skills approach to intentional counselling is taken. Throughout this course, students use role-play situations to practise skills, concepts, and methods designed to develop concrete competencies in interviewing and counselling.

Access to a video recording device, which can capture audio, is required. Note: This course contains mandatory group work and chats.
