Project management software greatly increases the ability of the project manager to work more efficiently. The functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting are explored in detail. Through applying project software tools and techniques students develop the skills required to successful projects.

- Course software requirements: MS Project. Students will have access to MS Project software for the duration of the 14 week and will need to reach out to the PPL office once registered to gain access.
