Anatomy and Physiology II continues to examine the normal structure and function of the human adult. The student relates knowledge gained in Anatomy and Physiology I to the study of the endocrine, circulatory, digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive systems. The concepts of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance are re-examined building on the foundation established in Anatomy and Physiology I. Learner preparation and learning activities are designed to promote critical thinking.

Notes:

  • Students MUST have successfully completed BIO 1581 prior to beginning BIO 2582.
  • The minimum passing grade for this course is 60%.

Students enrolled in this course will be required to complete online proctored exams.

The information to complete the proctored exams will be available within the course. To participate, you must have access to the following:

  • A compatible device with Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, or Chrome OS
  • The latest version of Google Chrome web browser
  • A minimum internet speed of 1.5 Mbps download and 750 Kbps upload
  • A functional webcam and microphone

Additional Details:

  • There is no fee associated with this proctoring service.
  • A room scan (with video and pictures) will be completed prior to beginning the exam and may be requested at any point during your exam session.

Monthly Intake.

Anatomy & Physiology II - BIO 2582 is scheduled for both
Semester Intake &
Monthly Intake.

Students attempting to complete both courses in one semester should register for BIO 1581 for a semester start and BIO 2582 for the following monthly intake start.
