Information Technology for Library Technicians

Focus on various types of information technology used in the library setting including mobile devices, e-readers, playaways, iPads and tablets, digital media and various software and applications. Access to a current mobile device with wireless Internet capability is required.

Access to current mobile device technology is required.

All written assignments must meet the standard of English required in library and information work. If, in the judgement of the instructor, assignments submitted do not meet the required standard, they will be returned to the student for revision. Mistakes in grammar and spelling will be reflected negatively in the marks allocated to assignments.
