Dental Insurance and Billing

In this course, students will learn how to navigate dental fee guides to identify procedure codes and make dental claims to insurance companies. Students will learn about the different types of insurance companies used in Ontario and the various fee guides used for different client groups. Further, students will interpret insurance claim responses and communicate these responses effectively to clients.
