Working with Stakeholders in Learning Projects (Micro-credential)

In the Working with Stakeholders in Learning Projects micro-credential, students explore strategies to establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders in a learning project. Through effective communication strategies, students address business needs and goals, and develop, manage and implement an effective project plan. By engaging in a variety of practice activities and scenarios, students identify typical stakeholders, build and implement a responsibility assignment matrix, plan deliverables and milestones for the steps in a project, and plan contingencies for changes to project scope and conflicting business priorities.

OSAP ELIGIBLITY:

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) including Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 11 Math (C, M or U) OR;
  • Grade 12 equivalency certi ficate achieved through College academic upgrading OR;
  • Mature Student Status (19 years of age or older) with Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 11 Math (C, M or U)

PROGRAM COMPETENCIES:

  • Upon completion of this Micro-credential, students will be equipped to:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve defined project outcomes.
