Examine various types of Internet Mapping. Examine strategies for managing data for Internet Map Project. Demonstrate the understanding of the topics; Geographic Markup Language, Web Map Service Standards, Opensource and commercial solutions to serving geographical data and common tasks, and issues involved in creating maps.

Notes:

This course uses ArcGIS Online and Mapbox GL Javascript Library to construct spatially enabled Internet-web applications. Not required to buy any software. The software listed above will run in Windows, OS, and Linux but all instructions and tutorials are for the Windows environment.
