This program is taught to the CGSB Federal Standard and is aimed at security guards who are wishing to transition into front-line supervisory positions. It is also recognized by the International Federation for Protection Officers (I.F.P.O.) towards a Certified Security Supervision and Management (C.S.S.M.) designation.
