Ontario Bar/Event Security Specialty Training Course

Description:
This is a specialty course for guards who work in AGCO licensed premises. This program is NOT Smartserve. It goes well beyond what Smartserve teaches you and in much greater detail.

The days of old school “bouncers” has ended. What was acceptable in the days before social media and cell phone videos is no longer is palatable by the courts, the public or employers. It has always been one of the types of work that attracts civil litigation for unlawful actions by guards/bouncers.

This course will also touch on the use of force for evictions under the Liquor License and Control Act as well as Trespass to Property and includes case studies on each.
