Student Account Form

Welcome to Professional & Part-Time Learning (PPL) at Durham College!

We're excited that you're considering studying with us.

This form is only for creating your student profile and does not guarantee registration. Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees. After you submit the form, we will:

• Search for an existing student account. If one is found, we will update your information as needed and send you your student number. If you do not have an existing account, we will create one and register you in the course(s) requested by your employer, agent, or other authorized third party.
• Once your registration has been processed, we will notify your employer, agent, or other authorized third party so they can arrange payment. Registration is confirmed only after payment is received. A receipt will be emailed to both the payer and the student.
• A course welcome email will be sent to your personal email address a few days before the course begins.

Before you begin, please have your Social Insurance Number (SIN) available, as it is required to complete this form.

Once your submission is complete, you will receive a copy of your responses by email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us so we can verify that your email address was entered correctly.

Important information

• This registration form must be completed and submitted only by the student for their own student account. Employers, agents, family members, or any other third party must not complete this form on the student's behalf, as the information collected is personal and confidential and must be provided directly by the student.
