Getting Started with Your OntarioLearn Course

Welcome to your with Durham College's Professional and Part-Time Learning through OntarioLearn!

This guide provides detailed steps to help you get started with your OntarioLearn online course. Before reading ahead, please ensure you refer to your Welcome Email to confirm that your course is hosted on OntarioLearn.

Important Information

  • Course Access: Your OntarioLearn course will only be accessible from the official start date. Attempting to log in before this date will result in an error message.
  • Getting Started: Follow the instructions below to access your OntarioLearn course and begin your learning journey once your course has started.

If you have any questions or encounter issues, please refer back to your Welcome Email for additional support information.

Need Help with OntarioLearn?

  • If you require assistance logging into OntarioLearn, please contact OntarioLearn’s Online Support Centre.
  • If you have forgotten your OntarioLearn password use the "Forgot Portal Password?" link on the OntarioLearn Portal login page to have a password reminder emailed to your DC Mail account.
  • If problems persist, contact Buchanan Technologies Ltd Support for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or phone (Toll Free): 1-800-695-5008 or visit the OntarioLearn's Support Centre. Reminder, you cannot access your course until the start date.

COURSE WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

All start-up Please visit the Withdrawals and Refunds webpage for more information on deadlines and to access the course withdrawal form. All withdrawals are subject to a $30 administration fee; only the course tuition fee will be eligible for a refund. Textbooks or any other supplies purchased by a student are their sole responsibility.

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
