You Belong at DC!
The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (OEDI) envisions a community of people who know and responsibly use our unique sphere of influence to ensure we all feel seen, respected, accepted, included and safe to show up as our authentic selves. Therefore, our mission is to cultivate an enduring sense of belonging for all members of the DC community through human rights-based policy/process/program enhancement; education, service navigation & advocacy; investigations; and individualized support.
Staffed by a Director, EDI Program Advisor, and Sexual Violence Prevention & Education Coordinator, the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (OEDI) is here to help the DC community.
