PHYSICAL WELLNESS
Physical wellness includes a variety of healthy behaviours including exercise, proper nutrition, healthy sleeping, sexual health and safe substance use. Physical wellness involves learning about disease and harm prevention, and developing healthy habits that will enable to you to live a longer, happier life.

OCCUPATIONAL WELLNESS
Occupational wellness is the ability to achieve a balance between work and leisure in a way that promotes health and a sense of personal satisfaction and to effectively manage work performance and career goals.

SOCIAL WELLNESS
Social wellness is how we engage with our community, build support systems and quality connections with those around us. It includes healthy relationships, cultivating a sense of belonging, and effective communication skills.

MENTAL WELLNESS
Mental wellness includes all aspects of mental health, emotional state and well-being, as well as the interaction between how you think, feel, and behave in your daily life. Mental wellness refers to our awareness, understanding, and acceptance of our emotions and behaviours.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS
Spiritual wellbeing relates to your sense of life-meaning and purpose. It can include your connection to culture, community, spirituality and/or religion and includes the beliefs, values, mental models and ethics you hold. It is seeking meaning and purpose in your every day lives, which encourages wellness.

INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS
Intellectual wellness is defined as recognizing your creative abilities and finding ways to expand knowledge, focus on self-development, self-discovery, and skills in order to gain purpose, happiness and a fulfilled life.

ENVIRONMENTAL WELLNESS
Environmental wellness refers to having good health by occupying pleasant, stimulating environments that positively support well-being. It promotes interaction with nature and also creating an enjoyable personal environment to promote a sense of contentment.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS
Financial wellness refers to how your finances contribute to your overall well-being. When you are struggling financially, all aspects of your well-being are affected. It is the healthy relationship between your goals and your financial obligations that allow you to build and maintain financial health.
