Through workshops, volunteer opportunities, goal setting, and reflection, you’ll build practical skills that support your academic success, career readiness, and personal growth. Students who complete the program earn a Student Leadership Certificate, with additional recognition based on their volunteer hours. Open to current full-time DC post-secondary students, DC Crew members are known for their school spirit, teamwork, and commitment to helping others succeed.
