Only one transfer request per course is permitted. Refunds will not be given should the student choose to withdraw from the course into which they transferred. In-Person/Online Courses (6 weeks or less) *Course start dates vary. Please refer to your PPL welcome email for your official course start date. COURSES RUNNING FOR 6 WEEKS OR LESS Final withdrawal date – Full tuition refunded, minus a $30 administrative charge per withdrawn course Withdrawal without Academic Penalty – No Refund Withdrawal with Academic Penalty – No Refund Only withdrawal requests received three or more business days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a refund. Withdrawal requests received between two business days prior to the scheduled start date and up to four weeks before the end date of the course. The grade designation of “W” will appear on the student’s record. Withdrawal requests received outside of the above deadlines will not be accepted. Marks achieved will be recorded on the student’s record. Course Transfer Deadline: Transfer requests must be submitted three business days prior to the course start date. One transfer request per course is permitted. Open Enrolment Courses ANY OPEN ENROLMENT COURSE Final withdrawal date – Full tuition refunded, minus a $30 administrative charge per withdrawn course Withdrawal with Academic Penalty – No Refund Withdrawal requests received no later than three calendar days after the student’s registration date are eligible for a refund. Withdrawal requests received outside of the above deadlines will not be accepted. Marks achieved will be recorded on the student’s record. Course Transfer Deadline: Requests must be submitted no later than three calendar days after registration. One transfer request per course permitted. Refunds will not be given if the student withdraws after the transfer. Field Placement/Clinicals IMPORTANT: Once a student is cleared for placement, NO refund or transfer will be accepted ANY FIELD PLACEMENT/CLINICAL COURSE Final withdrawal date – Full tuition refunded, minus a $30 administrative charge per withdrawn course. Withdrawal without Academic Penalty – No Refund Withdrawal with Academic Penalty – No Refund Withdrawal requests must be received within the first 13 calendar days after the official course start date to be eligible. Once a student is cleared for placement, no refund or transfer will be accepted (even if this is within the first 13 days). Withdrawal requests received after the 13th calendar day of the official course start date or after the student is cleared for placement, but prior to 4 weeks before the course end date. The grade designation of “W” will appear on the student’s record. Withdrawal requests received outside of the above deadlines will not be accepted.
