First permanent building is built at DC’s Oshawa campus with the construction of the Gordon Willey building (what are now the A, B and C wings).


1969

DC’s first graduating class is honoured at inaugural commencement ceremony.


1967

Durham College (DC) officially opens for studies in 16 portable classrooms, employing a staff of 14 and serving 205 students.
