The Amuka Smash Cup Posted on November 13, 2019 at 3:57 pm. On November 9th and 10th the Durham College Esports Arena hosted the largest college run Super Smash Brothers tournament in Canada, with over 170 participants, and more then 200 people in attendance. In collaboration with Amuka Esports and Smashurai Dojo, the event gave out more then $5,000 in prizes to the top athletes competing. The biggest winner of the event was “Riddles” who won the Squad Strike, Doubles, and Singles tournament. His doubles partner “Blacktwins13” also finished 2nd in Squad Strike and Singles. Competitors came to the event from across Ontario, as well as New York, Michigan, and Quebec.
