BTS: Nutrition Seminars with Sylvia Emmorey

Join us for 3 free nutrition seminars with nutrition professional, Sylvia Emmorey (RHN, RNCP, ROHP).

Nutrition consulting can strengthen food knowledge, support daily lifestyle, dispel common nutrition myths and promote overall health and well-being.

Week 1 – October 1st 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Healthy Eating
If you’re looking for ways to improve your diet and eat healthier, this seminar is for you! Nutritionist Sylvia Emmorey will share ideas on how you can eat well without too much effort.

Week 2 – October 8th 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Healthy Snacks
Do you like to snack? Snacking is not a bad thing and can actually be an important part of a healthy diet. If you have a busy schedule and would like to learn about snack foods that are both convenient & healthy, join nutritionist Sylvia Emmorey who will discuss how we can use snacks to our advantage while still keeping some treats in our life.

Week 3 – October 16th 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Stress Eating
Are you a stress eater? Stress affects how and what we eat. Join nutritionist Sylvia Emmorey to learn how to manage stress through your diet and stop stress eating for good.
