Snacking is not a bad thing and can actually be an important part of a healthy diet. If you have a busy schedule and would like to learn about snack foods that are both convenient & healthy, join nutritionist Sylvia Emmorey who will discuss how we can use snacks to our advantage while still keeping some treats in our life. Week 3 – October 16th 1:00-2:00 p.m. Stress Eating Are you a stress eater? Stress affects how and what we eat. Join nutritionist Sylvia Emmorey to learn how to manage stress through your diet and stop stress eating for good.
