Following the meal, Michelle and Lori will facilitate a brief discussion on relevant topics including coping and recovery-oriented skills building. NOTE: We do not provide meal planning or nutritional advice in this program. Group location: Virtual. Facilitators will send out a Microsoft Teams meeting link each week.
