Camp Wellness: Forest Bathing

Join wellness coach Heather, certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for an hour of play in the woods. Forest Bathing is a practice that supports health and wellness through guided immersion in nature to promote the well-being of both people and the land. Inspired by Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of “Forest Bathing”, combining the sensory-based exploration of Nature and Forest Therapy. Come get grounded in the forest with a 1.5km mindful walk.
