Durham Lords Varsity Esports Marvel Rivals Tryouts

The tryouts for this year’s Marvel Rivals team will be held on Saturday, September 6th at 12:00 PM!

If you know any other Durham College students who would be interested we encourage them to come by the Oshawa Esports Arena at the above time!

We will be providing setups / keyboard & mice to play on, however if you prefer to play on controller we request that you bring both your preferred controller and a cable to connect it (the computers don’t have Bluetooth).

The tryout format will be custom matches! We’ll be pairing everyone up into randomly assigned teams and will be monitoring performance.

In the event we don’t have an even number of students trying out to fill either side of the teams we will be filling the lobby with hard difficulty bots. Don’t worry about having one or two bad games, we will be scrimming for a few hours and will be mixing up teams throughout to ensure everyone gets a fair chance on showcasing their skills!
