To help reduce financial barriers and support a smooth transition into postsecondary studies, Durham College offers the option to request a fee deferral for eligible students receiving financial sponsorship (e.g., Veterans Affairs Canada and Education and Training Benefit). How to Apply Students requesting a fee deferral must complete the designated request form. Supporting documentation may be required and can include: Confirmation of sponsorship or funding approval Official correspondence from Veterans Affairs Canada or another sponsoring organization Proof that a funding application is currently in progress Additional documentation demonstrating delays in funding disbursement Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
