Aggregate Student Data Request Form

Durham College complies with all provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  All requests will adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Durham College policies and procedures.

This form is to be used to request aggregate or non-identifiable data only.  Before making your request, please refer to our Open data at DC webpage or internal publications to see if the information you are requesting is already available.

Do not use this form to request student or academic records such as transcripts, or duplicate credentials, or to request information about an identifiable individual.  Requests for student or academic records from third parties (e.g. law firms, insurance companies) or requests for non-aggregate data should be directed to Melissa Pringle, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Coordinator at melissa.pringle@durhamcollege.ca.

  • Please be specific about the data elements you are looking for, why you need the data, the intended audience, and how it will be used (for example: grant proposal, program assessment, presentation to management).
  • Note: any data that may be provided is to be used for the purposes stated in this section and may not be used for any other purpose, or redistributed without prior written approval from Durham College.

Your personal information may also be used for various administrative, statistical and/or research purposes of the College and/or ministries and agencies of the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada.
