Durham College to honour graduates at 2007 Fall Convocation

Durham grad and OCAA Hall of Famer Leslie Lepp to attend as guest speaker

OSHAWA, Ont. – More than 400 graduates in more than 50 programs will celebrate with family, friends and faculty during the Durham College Fall Convocation ceremony on Thursday, October 18. The ceremony comes during the college’s 40th-anniversary year and will recognize the hard work and accomplishments of the graduating students.

Diplomas and certificates will be handed out to students from the schools of Applied Sciences, Apprenticeship, Skilled Trades & Technology; Business; Information Technology; Integrated Studies; Communication Arts; Design; Health & Community Services; Justice and Emergency Services.

Durham College alumnus and recent Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Hall of Fame inductee Leslie Lepp will address the students as they move onto the next stage of their life, whether it’s into the working world or to pursue further education.
