On February 1, the Culinary Skills and Hospitality Management – Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism programs will reopen their restaurant, Bistro Max, which is located in Room 130 of the main hallway of Maxwell Heights Secondary School at 1100 Coldstream Drive in Oshawa. The restaurant will be open to the public and accepting reservations on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Over the course of its nine weeks of operation, students will be preparing and serving a selection of foods offered via different menus. The menus are designed to fulfil the learning outcomes of the program and offer guests a variety of dining options throughout each semester.

The price for a three-course dinner will be $15 to $16 plus tax.

Please note that Bistro Max will be closed Wednesday, February 22 and Thursday, February 23 for reading week.
