In addition, students will gain the skills necessary to analyze cost and financial outcomes while focusing on project phases and life cycles and learning how to identify stakeholders and socioeconomic and organizational influences. The Project Management certificate program is also offered in partnership with Atocrates Project Sciences International, the principal architect and producer of Canada’s number one master’s certificate curriculum in project and program management.
