Photography students capture inspiring moments with CADS

Durham College Photography students documented the inspiring work of the Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS) program at Brimacombe.

For nearly a decade, DC students have partnered with CADS, capturing athletes in action and showcasing a community grounded in accessibility, inclusion and respect. This work-integrated learning opportunity provides students with an opportunity to meet professional standards and deadlines while working directly with a client, building technical expertise and confidence.

Guided on site by faculty members, students strengthened their skills while engaging with athletes and families. The final images preserve meaningful memories and reflect DC’s commitment to community-connected, people-centred learning that prepares graduates for careers in the creative industries.
