Canadian Laws and Regulations

This course introduces students to the study of laws and regulations as they pertain to Canadian business. Students explore legal requirements and legislation (provincial and federal) as well as internal policies and procedures. Students debate issues of risk management, mitigation, and consequences, referencing relevant legal documentation and decisions, and organizational examples as evidence.
